以平安文化与电脑机械交织的异世界·电祇平安京为舞台的异世界战斗动作作品。因意外事故而转移到电祇平安京的叛逆高中生·业平猛，在遇到多次出现在梦中的神秘少女·月宫后，却被名为怨人的怪物夺去了生命。然而下一刻，猛再次在电祇平安京醒来。意识到自己进行了时间跳跃的猛，猛为了抵抗月宫死亡的未来，决定向安倍晴明学习阴阳术，作为阴阳师而战。

本剧改编自吹田まふゆ的漫画。将爱情置之度外、专注工作的唯野樱（葵叶望 饰），是个重度“气味控”。她在调职后遇上帅气上司桐谷树（山本凉介 饰），并因对方的体味而“一闻钟情”。但桐谷因过去创伤，完全不懂应对女性，是个“不能被触碰的男人”。得知真相的樱主动表示：“让我来帮你克服对女性的恐惧！”

「下山メシ 高崎篇」では、群馬県高崎市のシンボル・榛名山（はるなさん）を訪ね、富士山のように整った形が特徴の榛名富士を登ったあと、榛名湖畔の食事処・大蔵坊（だいぞうぼう）こばやしを訪れる。わかさぎフリッター、メンチカツコロッケ（メンコロ）など揚げ物とともにビールを楽しみ、高崎名産の小麦粉を使ったうどんで満腹に。番組初となる“デザートタイム”も設けられ、高崎産フルーツをふんだんに使用したパフェやパンケーキで締めくくられる。
